Account deletion

You can permanently delete your Roamora account and associated travel data from inside the app. These instructions remain public even if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete inside Roamora
Sign in to the app, open You, choose Delete account under Your data, review the data categories, and confirm permanent deletion.
You need an internet connection so Roamora can authenticate your request and remove the correct server account.
What is deleted
The deletion removes your Roamora account, trips, itineraries, demo bookings, favorites, searches, price watches, and planning-guide messages. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete the server account.
If you cannot access the app
Open the Contact Us form, use the address associated with your account, and write “Account deletion” in your message.
We may ask you to verify control of that email before processing the request. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents unless support specifically explains why they are necessary.
Limited retention
The newest 14 daily database backups are retained, so deleted account data may remain in rotating backups for approximately 14 days before aging out. Information required for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or a legal obligation may be retained only for the necessary period. Demo confirmations are not purchases and do not create supplier booking records.
